Marketplace in the sharing economy

The problem that Nimber was trying to solve is all the empty space that are constantly moving around. People are going in any direction and have the possibility of bringing along something for other people, as long as the level of friction is as low as possible. So to ensure this was a smooth experience, and that let people match with people going that way, anyway, was the challenge.

As head of product I was in charge of building up the product organization and two-sided marketplace and matching platform that had great user satisfaction and matching rates.
